1.            Please  ensure to call our local customer service department at 49 6966 405060 / 01806882663, and kindly provide  the electronic label which holds 18 alphanumeric digits ( updated in the subject line), to reschedule or postpone the booking as appropriate.

 

We have registered a collection under reference number  2994OB285R2  to pick-up the shipment.

 

2.            Please print and affix the electronic label  to export your shipment  ( https://mega.ups/file/affixcustomerlabel/ups.tender )  Note: Document link expires in 48 hours.

 

3.           Please prepare 3 copies of invoice. It must state the harmonized codes (HS Code) and Country of Manufacture (COO) along with the detailed description of itemized commodity.

 

4.      Freight charges will be based on customer import tariff. Actual or volumetric weight whichever is higher will be subject to reweigh.

 

5. For Shipments above 1000 EUR, See below addt’l requirements:

 

A formal export declaration is required. A formal electronic export declaration must be sent to customs authorities by the exporter or their representative. Customs authorities grant the release for export and issue an Export Accompanying Document (EAD) with a unique Movement Reference Number (MRN). The EAD has to accompany the shipment. UPS is responsible for the exit clearance at the EU border.

• Labels
• Invoice(s)
• MRN

We will call the shipper to check the following, so please ensure the contact number is valid

• If the Shipment is ready
• The docs are ready, MRN is prepared
• Label is available
• Latest pick up time
• Reference number is correct

If the sender confirms above Germany will book the collection – if anything is missing collection attempt will result in failure
